Guest-Initiated Cancellations

Free cancellation, if applicable, must be made within the cancellation period mentioned at the time of booking.
Cancellations made after the permitted period may attract partial or full charges.

In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or alternate accommodation, subject to availability.

Third-Party Bookings

Bookings made through online travel agencies (OTAs) or third-party platforms are governed by their respective cancellation and refund policies.
Hotel JRJ shall not be liable for refunds processed or delayed by third-party platforms.

Force Majeure

No refunds shall be applicable for cancellations caused by events beyond the hotel’s control, including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, or government actions, unless otherwise mandated by law.
